Onpoint Warranty
All appliances purchased with an Onpoint warranty will automatically be registered within 7 days after purchase.
After 7 days, please contact OnPoint regarding your warranty or to schedule a repair at (877)-594-3297.
Warranty claims bear no deductible, and will cover all parts, services, and labor.
To initiate a claim with Onpoint, please have the following information ready.
1. Invoice/receipt from the store as proof of purchase.
2. Serial number can be located by finding the A4L sticker on the side of your appliance. Your serial number will start with the letters KW, followed by 10 digits. (Certain brands will bear different
Serial Numbers, to locate these please look under 'Serial #' on your invoice)
3. Model Number which will be located on your invoice under 'Model'.
For assistance finding either your Model # or Serial #, please call the store the appliance was purchased from for assistance
For specific warranty details, please consult the store staff regarding the actual product.
